Deloitte: Modern facilities supporting creativity, community and flexibility

Deloitte’s new office spaces are more than just physical work environments, they embody the company’s values, such as flexibility and engagement.

Spaces that make an impact

Deloitte’s newly built headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, is a modern example of how office spaces can foster community, creativity, flexibility and work efficiency. The “wow” factor, high quality and sustainability are evident in both design and functionality, creating a foundation for success and well-being.

“The spaces inspire our professionals and strengthen their commitment even further. Comfortable and functional facilities are key to an effective and successful work experience. We wanted a ‘wow’ factor in our spaces, and we’ve achieved that exceptionally well. Our core values of flexibility and engagement are reflected in these spaces and we are very satisfied. ISKU delivered the interiors with quality and responsibility”, says Teija Gallacher, Head of Real Estate and CSR at Deloitte.

Solutions that support collaboration and creativity

The new facilities offer versatile opportunities for working and social interaction. Deloitte’s office spans four floors: two designed for working, one dedicated to events and hybrid meetings, and one reserved for client interactions. A favorite among professionals is the Social Hub, a flexible meeting space that serves as a workspace, lunch area and informal social spot.

“Our spaces are not only aesthetically pleasing but also support teamwork, creativity and efficiency. Different workstations, event areas and the creative Greenhouse room provide a foundation for versatile, modern and flexible work, which is exactly what today’s working environment requires”, explains Teija.

A collaborative Success

Deloitte actively invests in employee well-being and community development by regularly collecting feedback and ideas. This inclusive approach ensures that the needs and wishes of professionals are considered in the ongoing development of spaces and working practices. Feedback helps Deloitte create an even more comfortable and efficient work environment where everyone can contribute to the growth of the community.

The collaboration between Deloitte and ISKU has been smooth from the start. “The ISKU team quickly understood our needs and effectively addressed any challenges. A strong sense of trust developed during the collaboration, which was crucial to the project’s success.”, Teija from Deloitte concludes.

Deloitte is a global leader in professional services. In the summer of 2024, its Finnish headquarters moved to the modern We Land building in Helsinki’s Ruoholahti district. With over 5,700 square meters of space and a 350-square-meter rooftop terrace, the offices provide nearly 800 professionals with a unique working environment. The design emphasizes efficiency, flexibility, quality and sustainability as core principles.
